The Visualization and Analysis Systems Technologies (VAST) group develops data analysis and visualization software,  creates multimedia products, and operates the Computational & Information Systems Lab’s (CISL) Visualization Lab at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR).

Our mission is to develop tools and resources to help NCAR scientists and the research community explore, understand, and communicate the results of their atmospheric science and related research.
